Shipping policy
We mail all our orders via Sendle. For domestic (Australian) orders, our promotional shipping rate starts from $5.99. Free shipping for any orders over $99. Standard post delivery times are approximately 1-5 business days from the time of order.
We ship internationally also via Sendle. The shipping fee will be calculated after you input your shipping address. Below are some post-fulfillment delivery timelines, but the wait may take longer due to shipping delays or custom inspections:
- New Zealand: 3-5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-15 business days
